Why We Do It Differently
Good Work Shouldn't Be a Gamble.
Most commercial fitouts and stripouts in Melbourne get quoted one of two ways: cheap and vague, or expensive and padded. Cheap quotes leave room for "variations" that turn up after you've signed. Expensive quotes are often the same trades and the same materials, just with a bigger margin sitting on top.
We built AFS around a third option: a licensed commercial builder that prices properly up front, uses the same trades and suppliers the bigger firms do, and tells you honestly what something costs and why — instead of what it takes to win the job today and find the difference later.
