When we strip out, de-fit or make good a space, there's almost always furniture and fixtures still in good condition, such as desks, chairs, joinery, etc. Sending it straight to landfill is the easy option, but it's wasteful and it's not what we'd choose for our own business. So wherever a piece has life left in it, we look for a better outcome before it goes anywhere near a skip bin.
